Worth Agents is an online marketplace connecting home buyers and sellers (“Leads”) with licensed real estate agents (“Agents”) across Canada who offer flexible commission rates or cashback incentives. We do not function as a real estate brokerage, legal advisor, financial advisor, or representative of any party.
2. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
Our data practices comply with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and relevant provincial regulations. Users accessing our Platform from outside Canada acknowledge and consent to the transfer and processing of personal data in Canada, as outlined herein.

- Process reward incentive payments and verify recipient identities, where applicable.

- With Real Estate Agents: To facilitate communication and potential representation arrangements.
- Service Providers: Including payment processors (PCI-DSS compliant), hosting services, analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics). Providers are contractually obligated to protect data and limit use strictly to service provisions.
- Legal Compliance: Disclosures required by law or necessary to respond to court orders, investigations, or protect rights, safety, or property.
- Business Transfers: In connection with mergers, acquisitions, asset sales, or restructuring.

11. Reward Payments – Additional Privacy Disclosures
If eligible for the optional $450 CAD reward (“Reward”), you explicitly consent to providing personal identification, Social Insurance Number (SIN), proof of real estate transaction completion, and banking/payment information for identity verification, tax compliance, and payment processing. Failure to provide requested information may disqualify you from receiving the Reward. Worth Agents reserves sole discretion regarding Reward eligibility and issuance. 12. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred and processed within Canada or by international service providers (such as U.S.-based providers) in accordance with this Privacy Policy. By using our Platform, you explicitly consent to such transfers and processing.
